SAP HCM Consultant - AMS Support (m/f/d)

Your mission

We are looking for a technical SAP HCM consultant to run application management support (AMS) for Swiss clients, working from our Prague office.
You will own incidents and changes across SAP HCM (ECC 6.0 / H4S4) with a strong focus on Swiss payroll (PY-CH), statutory reporting via Swissdec, and HR interfaces.
 
Key responsibilities
  • Handle 2nd/3rd-level incidents and service requests in PA, OM, PT and PY-CH within agreed SLAs (ServiceNow / Solution Manager / Jira/ etc.)
  • SAP HCM customizing and troubleshooting, implementation of new functionalities
  • Implement and test SAP HRSP / CLC legal changes for Switzerland, including year-end activities

Your profile

  • 2+ years of technical SAP HCM experience in support or implementation projects.
  • Hands-on Swiss payroll (PY-CH) experience, including Swissdec ELM and withholding tax is a plus.
  • ABAP is not mandatory, but is a benefit to know
  • Solid knowledge of payroll schemas, PCRs, wage type configuration.
  • Good English (B2+), Czech/Slovak and German of great benefit
  • Structured, ticket-driven way of working and comfort talking to business users directly.
