- Support the configuration and administration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
- Analyze, clean, and prepare client data (data migration, imports, and exports)
- Create reports, working materials, and documentation using MS Office tools
- Work with data and reports on a daily basis, using advanced MS Excel features
- Communicate with clients, gather requirements, and resolve operational queries
- Gradually receive training and develop expertise in additional modules (e.g. PM/GM, Recruiting, LMS)

- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions such as XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and working with large datasets)
- Analytical and structured thinking with a strong attention to detail
- An interest in HR technology, cloud solutions, and human resources processes
- Communicative English skills (minimum B2 level) for working with the system and documentation
- A willingness to learn new technologies and develop professionally
- A plus: Basic knowledge of SAP / SuccessFactors or previous experience with any HRIS system
