- Several years of experience in designing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors applications
- At least one SAP SuccessFactors certification in EC, ECP, Recruiting, Learning, Performance and Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, Onboarding, Workzone
- Willingness to learn, independence, and a strong team spirit strong communication skills
- Excellent English language skills
