- Advising our customers on the technical and functional further development of SAP SuccessFactors
- Independent implementation of customer-specific configurations and execution
- Providing support and advice on the integration of SAP SuccessFactors into existing process and system landscapes for our customers
- Analyzing, advising, conceptualizing, and implementing applications for defined HR business processes
- Fixing errors in tools and processes as well as implementing new change requests

- Several years of experience in designing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors applications
- At least one SAP SuccessFactors certification in EC, ECP, Recruiting, Learning, Performance and Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, Onboarding, Workzone
- Willingness to learn, independence, and a strong team spirit strong communication skills
- Excellent English language skills
